Our Pheonix

We didn't design the phoenix into the logo because it looked good. It was already the shape of what we were doing before we had the language for it.

Ash — humbled, stripped back, what's left when you stop pretending. Honey — warmth carried forward, what's worth keeping. Put those two together and you don't get a static thing. You get a cycle. Something that burns down and comes back changed, not the same, better for having gone through it.

We started this brand from a feeling about those two words. We didn't fully understand them yet — not really. It took building an actual formulation standard, checking every ingredient twice, defending the name itself under real scrutiny, to understand what we'd picked. Ash and honey turned out to be more true than we knew when we chose them. Not decoration we grew into by accident — a description of the actual process, one we lived before we could explain it.

That's what the phoenix is standing for on every tin. Not a mood. A record of having gone through the fire and coming back with something real in hand.

This is opening day. We're still mid-flight. Come watch the rest of it with us.
